The Rhode Island Business Group on Health (RIBGH) is currently seeking a remote part-time Administrative Coordinator to provide essential administrative support to our executive director. 

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual for this role, which will involve content creation, developing and executing strategic communications, event planning and marketing, and ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Website content and social media presence
    • Manage website content; confirm website (RIBGH.org) is up-to-date with event postings, briefs, member names and logos, membership information, etc.;
    • Oversee social media accounts including Linkedin, X and Bluesky.
  • Events: create and assemble marketing materials for events using CMS and social media accounts.
    • Responsible for creating and printing out name badges, table agendas and check-in attendance sheets; 
    • Man check-in table on day of event, hand out badges, set up tables. 
  • Board meetings: Take minutes during monthly board meetings. 
  • Golf Tournament management: 
    • oversee administrative operations;
    • Spearhead weekly meetings; keep track of all progress regarding players, payments, donations on Google sheets; 
    • point person for requesting and collecting all donations for raffle prizes; 
    • Handle any credit card payments over the phone using Square;
    • Point person for menu and drinks with golf club;
    • Point person for submitting Sign order; 
    • Point person for hole-in-one insurance order.
  • Billing: Oversee annual membership billing cycle; 
    • organize and send out invoices to all members; 
    • take credit card payments over the phone using Square; 
    • keep track of payments on Google sheets.
  • Email blasts
    • create and assemble marketing materials including monthly e-newsletter on Constant Contact (CMS); 
  • Supervise intern from local college.
