As a primarily volunteer-based organization, RIBGH relies on members of three distinct committee teams who selflessly donate their time and effort to stay updated on the most recent policies and RIBGH activities that directly affect businesses in the state of Rhode Island. The impact that RIBGH has on the community would not be as strong if it were not for the tireless efforts of these committees.

Innovation in Employee Health Committee

RIBGH's Innovation in Employee Health Committee work to identify and assess the latest trends in healthcare and provide employers with education and tools to improve the health and productivity of their employees. Initiatives include educational seminars and networking opportunities to share the latest best practices for effective worksite wellness programs.

The RIBGH Membership Committee

Dedicated to promoting RIBGH activities and events, retaining and recruiting new members to the organization, and developing and maintaining the platform for how RIBGH's positions are communicated.
